Frequently asked questions
Do you sell to private customers?
No. CampIQ is a B2B importer. We sell to outdoor shops, online sellers, brands, chains, wholesalers, campsites, rental companies, festival organisers and promotional agencies with a company and VAT number.
What is the minimum order?
Catalogue products can be ordered from the supplier’s minimum shown on each product page, which ranges from one unit to 1000 pieces depending on the model. Products with your logo or custom packaging start from about 300 pieces per model. Different products can be combined in one shipment.
Why not buy directly on Alibaba?
You can, and the prices there are open. But then you are the importer: you pay a Chinese company in advance, arrange freight and customs, and you carry the importer’s duties under the GPSR. We take that on and invoice you as an EU company.
When should I order for the camping season?
Sales in Europe build from April and peak from May to August. As a working guide, place own-brand orders by the end of November or December and catalogue orders by January or February, allowing for Chinese New Year.
Can you find a product that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. Send a link or photo. We get quotes from manufacturers and come back with options, prices and samples. Awnings and gazebos are typical examples.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 8–12 weeks from order to your warehouse: 25–45 days of production plus 25–45 days by sea or rail. Light goods can go by air in 7–12 days after production.
Which documents do you provide?
That depends on the product. The quality page lists what applies by category. We confirm in the offer what exists for your exact model, and if a report is missing, we say so.
