Pricing, minimum order quantities and payment
Most European camping wholesalers show prices only after you have registered. We publish an indicative “from” price and the supplier’s minimum on every product page, and this page lists what else makes up the price.
“From” prices are net, per piece, at the supplier’s minimum, without freight, duty and VAT. The delivered price depends on quantity, branding, packaging, transport mode and current freight rates, so you get a free written offer, valid for 14 days.

The minimum order value is a recommendation, not a rule: we quote smaller orders too. Very bulky goods usually make sense in larger shipments.

Quantity
Supplier prices fall as quantity rises. We show the tiers in the offer.
Branding
Printing, labels and custom packaging add cost per piece.
Volume and transport
Tents, cool boxes and furniture pay for space. Sea is cheapest, air the most expensive; batteries ship as dangerous goods.
Duty and exchange rate
Duty depends on the customs tariff code and we calculate it in the offer. Supplier prices are in USD or CNY.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate are the “from” prices in the catalogue?
They are indicative net prices per piece at the supplier’s minimum. Freight, duty, branding and VAT come on top, and larger quantities lower the price. A written offer within 2 working days gives you a delivered price you can rely on.
How much is the duty on camping equipment?
It depends on the customs tariff code of each product. We calculate it in the offer rather than giving a general figure.
Is there a minimum order value?
We recommend at least about EUR 1 500 so that freight per piece stays reasonable, but we quote smaller orders too.
Do you offer payment terms?
For regular partners, yes. First orders usually have a deposit and a balance before delivery.
