Frequently asked questions
Why does a cheap tent sometimes cost more delivered?
Freight is charged on volume. A tent or cool box in a big carton can cost more to ship than a pricier model that packs small, so we compare models by delivered cost.
Can power stations and lithium products be shipped from China?
Yes, as dangerous goods with UN 38.3 data, proper packaging and a carrier that accepts them. Not every route or carrier does, so we confirm it for each shipment.
Do I pay import VAT?
No, we import the goods. EU business customers then receive an invoice with reverse charge; Polish customers are invoiced with Polish VAT.
What does DDP mean in your offers?
Delivered Duty Paid: the price includes freight, customs duty and clearance to your address. VAT is shown separately according to your country and status.
How much is the customs duty?
It depends on the tariff code of each product. We calculate it in the offer.
Do you ship to the UK and Switzerland?
Yes. We arrange export documents from the EU and delivery with duties prepaid where possible.
