Are you a camping gear manufacturer?
No, and we say so plainly. We are an importer: we find manufacturers for your product, manage the work with them, and handle the import.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign an NDA with you and include confidentiality terms in our dealings with factories.
Who owns the design?
You own designs, artwork and tooling you have paid for. They are not used for other clients.
What duties do I have as a brand?
A company selling under its own name or brand counts as the manufacturer under GPSR Art. 13, and own-brand packaging brings duties under the PPWR. We help you with this, but it is not legal advice, so we suggest confirming details with your adviser.
