Are samples free?
Samples are charged at cost: the product plus express shipping. The amount is credited against your first order of that product.
Can a whole tent or cool box be sent as a sample?
Yes, but large items cost much more to send by express. We show the cost first, so you can decide which items are worth testing.
Can I get a sample of a power station?
Yes, but lithium batteries travel under dangerous goods rules, so these samples cost more and can take longer than the usual 7–14 days.
Will the bulk order be identical to the sample?
The approved sample is the reference for production and inspection. Normal manufacturing tolerances apply.
