How ordering camping equipment from China works with us
Ordering camping equipment from China through CampIQ takes six steps. You approve the offer and the samples, and we handle the rest.
Camping is seasonal: in Europe, sales build from April and peak from May to August. So the date you order matters as much as the price. The table below shows how far ahead to plan.

Enquiry
Send product links, photos, catalogue items or a spreadsheet with quantities and the country of delivery.

Offer
We check prices with manufacturers, or source new ones, and send a written offer with delivered prices, minimums, branding options, lead times and the documents available.

Samples
Samples are consolidated and sent to your address. For private label products you approve a branded pre-production sample.

Order and production
You confirm the order and pay the deposit. We check the factory before ordering, then follow production and keep you updated.

Inspection
We inspect the goods before shipment: quantity, quality, packaging and labels against the approved sample. You get a report with photos.

Goods are consolidated, shipped by sea, rail or air, cleared in Poland and delivered to your warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
When should I order camping stock for spring?
As a working guide, place private label orders by the end of November or December and catalogue orders by January or February. Sales in Europe build from April, and factories slow down around Chinese New Year. If you are later than that, tell us your date and we check what is still realistic.
How do I pay?
Usually a deposit when you confirm the order and the balance before delivery from Poland. Terms are stated in each offer.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by arrangement. We can also arrange video calls from the production floor.
What if the goods are defective?
Defects found at inspection are fixed before shipping. If something is wrong on arrival, report it within 14 days with photos and we resolve it with a replacement, credit or refund.
