Durable camping equipment for rental fleets

Rental fleets need equipment that survives many users. We help you choose models that can be repaired, keep spare parts available and stay the same from batch to batch.

Tents, mats, chairs, cool boxes and power stations, with spares ordered alongside. Tell us how you run your fleet and we plan the order around it.

What we do for you

Repairable models

We favour designs with replaceable poles, zips, valves and fabric parts where the factory can supply them.

Spare parts

Poles, pegs, patches and other parts ordered with the first batch and on reorder.

Identical batches

One reference sample and specification, so new units match the fleet.

Fleet marking

Your logo and individual ID markings on tents, bags and cases.

What you can expect

  • Spare parts list quoted with the first order
  • Same specification on every reorder, checked against the reference sample
  • Rental use stated when we request load and durability data
  • Fabric and frames chosen for repeated pitching
  • Marking for fleet tracking

Frequently asked questions

Which camping equipment lasts best in rental?

That depends on how customers use it, and we have no test data across all products. We suggest sampling two models per item and running them through repeated pitching, packing and cleaning before you buy.

Can you supply spare parts later?

We order spares with the batch, and can reorder them from the same factory while it still makes that model. It is safest to buy a stock of spares at the start.

Is rental use different from home use for standards?

It can be. EN 581 for furniture distinguishes camping, domestic and contract use, for example. We pass on your intended use when requesting data. Check specifics with your insurer or adviser.

Can you mark each unit with a code?

Yes, on labels or bags, once the method and quantity are agreed.
