Buying guide
Tents are the anchor of a camping range and the item customers complain about first when something fails. A low unit price means little until you know the fabric, the seams, the poles and the carton size. We work with manufacturers in China on factory-direct supply, but we are an importer rather than a tents manufacturer: what you get from us is the sourcing, the inspection and the EU paperwork around the product.
What is in the range
Automatic pop-up tents for one to four people and instant 240 × 240 cm models; hiking tents with aluminium poles, including ultralight nylon versions; inflatable family and glamping tents; bell tents from 3 to 7 m in Oxford or cotton canvas; fold-out and hard-shell rooftop tents in ABS or aluminium; pagoda event tents up to 10 × 10 m; beach shades and sun umbrellas.
What we ask for
Hydrostatic head for flysheet and floor stated separately, seam taping, pole material and diameter, and the packed weight and carton size. EN ISO 5912:2020 describes requirements and test methods for camping tents and we use it as a reference when requesting data. We do not call a tent “certified” to it: if a test report exists you see the laboratory and the date. GPSR labelling applies to every consumer model.
Awnings, gazebos and tarps
Caravan awnings, tarps and most gazebos are not in the catalogue. If you need an awnings supplier or a specific gazebo, send a drawing or link and we source it through manufacturers and quote it like any other product. Caravan awnings fall under a separate standard from camping tents, so we check the documents for them separately.

Printed logo on the flysheet or canopy, a woven label on the door, and your brand on the carry bag.
Retail packaging
Printed carry bags and outer cartons with barcode, pitching instructions and safety notes in your languages.
Colours and specification
Your fabric colours, a heavier floor or different poles, agreed with the factory and fixed in a pre-production sample.
Checklist before you order
- Ask for hydrostatic head of the fly and floor as separate figures, and how they were measured
- Pitch a sample in rain or under a hose before you commit to volume
- If you plan to mention EN ISO 5912, ask for the test report, the laboratory and the date
- Compare carton volume as well as unit price: freight decides the delivered cost
- Order spare poles, pegs and repair patches with the first batch
- Place own-brand orders by the end of November or December to be on the shelf in spring
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for wholesale tents?
Supplier minimums in the catalogue run from 1 to 300 pieces depending on the model. Tents with your logo or colours typically start at about 300 pieces per model; rooftop and bell tents are agreed per project.
Are you a tent manufacturer?
No. We are an EU importer. The tents are made by manufacturers in China; we check the factory before ordering, inspect the goods before shipment and handle import, labels and delivery.
Are your tents certified to EN ISO 5912?
We do not use that wording. EN ISO 5912:2020 sets requirements and test methods. Where a supplier has a test report for a model we name the laboratory and date. Where there is none, we tell you, and a test can be ordered for your model.
Can you supply bell tents in bulk?
Yes. The catalogue includes 5 m bell tents in cotton canvas up to 380 g/m² and Oxford versions, and other diameters on request. See also the page for campsites and glamping sites.
Do you supply awnings?
They are not in the catalogue, but we can source them on request and quote them delivered.
