Frequently asked questions
Can I use only one service, for example inspection?
Yes. You can buy inspection or logistics for goods you ordered yourself. In that case you stay the importer, and the documents are your responsibility.
How do you charge for your services?
For catalogue and private label orders the service is included in the product price we quote. Stand-alone sourcing, inspections and freight are quoted separately.
Do I have to be in the EU?
No. We deliver to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway. For non-EU destinations we arrange export from Poland and quote delivered prices.
Are you an agent or an importer?
An importer. A sourcing agent finds suppliers and leaves the import with you. We buy the goods, import them into the EU and invoice you.
