How early do we need to order for a summer festival?
Allow 8–12 weeks from order to delivery as a minimum. For branded goods add time for samples and approval. For a June event, we recommend placing the order in winter.
Can you help reduce the number of abandoned tents?
We can supply reusable models and plan quantities for a hire or pre-pitched zone. How you run that scheme is up to you, and we do not make any environmental claims for the products.
Do your tents meet festival fire rules?
Those rules vary by country and venue, and we make no general claim. Tell us what your venue requires and we check what the supplier can document.
Can disposable ponchos be printed for our event?
Yes, on the poncho or the pouch, usually from about 300 pieces. Check the catalogue for plain versions at lower minimums.
