Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum for private label camping gear?
From about 300 pieces per model for a logo on the product. Packaging-only branding can start lower, new designs higher.
Who is responsible under the GPSR if I use my own brand?
Under GPSR Art. 13, a company that places a product on the market under its own name or trademark is treated as the manufacturer. We remain the importer, with our details on the label too. We set out who does what in the contract. Please confirm the details with your adviser, as this is not legal advice.
Does own-brand packaging change anything?
Yes. Under the Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40, a brand on the packaging can also make you the manufacturer for packaging purposes (Art. 21), so packaging registrations need a check for each country.
Who owns the design?
You do. Logos, artwork and moulds paid for by you belong to you and are not used for other clients.
Can you help with packaging design?
Yes. We prepare layouts with all mandatory information. Your designer can supply the artwork, or we can adapt it from your brand guidelines.
Can you prepare goods for Amazon FBA?
Yes: FNSKU labels, carton marks, packing to FBA requirements and delivery to the fulfilment centre you are assigned.
