Can we get exclusivity for a country?
For products developed for you, yes. For catalogue products it depends on the region and volume, and we can discuss it.
Who is the importer on the goods?
EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o. in Poland, unless we agree otherwise. Your customers get the importer details on the label and you get the supporting data.
What payment terms do you offer?
First orders usually have a deposit and balance before delivery. Terms for regular partners are agreed individually.
Do you sell outside the EU?
Yes, to the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Those markets have their own rules, so we check documents for them separately.
