Buying guide
Sleeping bags sell on two things: the temperature figure and the price. Shoppers compare the first without knowing where it comes from, so a shop or brand that can explain its figures has a real argument. For festival and summer use, simple envelope bags at a low price do the job; for serious use, buyers look for a tested rating.
What is in the range
Envelope bags from 195 to 230 cm long with hollow fibre filling in several weights; wide and four-season poly-cotton models; 210T polyester mummy bags; goose down mummy bags, including a long version for users over 2 m; double bags with two pillows; liners in cotton and stretch nylon; thermal film bivvy bags for emergency kits.
What we ask for
Filling type and weight, shell fabric, packed size, zip quality and any temperature data. EN ISO 23537-1:2022 covers thermal, mass and dimension requirements for adult sleeping bags, within limits down to −20 °C; children’s and expedition bags are outside its scope. It is our reference when we request temperature data. If there is no report, a figure from the supplier is described as the supplier’s own.
Private label options

Your woven label on the bag, printed stuff sack and swing tag with fill and care information.
Fill and fabric options
Fill weight, shell colour and length chosen for your price point and season.
Temperature data on the label
If you want a rating on your own product, we can arrange a test and put the result on your label.
Checklist before you order
- Ask whether the temperature figure comes from an EN ISO 23537 test report or from the supplier
- Do not print a comfort or limit temperature without a report behind it
- Check filling weight on a sample against the specification
- Try the zip along its whole length, including anti-snag behaviour
- Check packed size: it decides carton count and freight
- Keep emergency bivvies apart from sleeping bags in your listings: they are not rated bags
Frequently asked questions
What is the MOQ for sleeping bags wholesale?
Supplier minimums in the catalogue run from 1 to 500 pieces by model. With your label and stuff sack, expect from about 300 pieces per model.
Are your sleeping bags tested to EN ISO 23537?
Not automatically. We ask for a report on each model you are interested in and show you what exists. If there is none, the supplier’s figure is presented as such, or we can order a test.
Do you sell children’s sleeping bags?
They are not in the catalogue. EN ISO 23537-1 also excludes children’s bags, so these need a separate check if you ask us to source them.
Can I get a bulk price for festival or event sleeping bags?
Yes. Light envelope bags are the usual choice for high quantities. Send the quantity and date and we quote them delivered.
