Sourcing agent / factory sourcing or EU importer?
Typical sourcing agent
Finds suppliers and charges a commission, but you remain the importer: you pay the factory, arrange freight and customs, and carry the EU duties.
CampIQ
Finds suppliers and also buys the goods, imports them into the EU, prepares the GPSR labels and invoices you as an EU company. One partner, one price.
Frequently asked questions
How much does sourcing cost?
If you order through us, sourcing is included in the product price. For research-only projects without an order, we agree a fixed fee in advance.
Will you tell me the factory name?
For private label projects we work under our own contracts with the factories. If you need direct factory contact, we can agree a sourcing-fee model instead.
What if no factory meets my target price?
We tell you and show what is possible at your price, for example with a different fabric or quantity.
Can you source gas stoves?
Only models with an EU type-examination certificate under Regulation (EU) 2016/426. We check the certificate first and do not proceed without one.
Do you source products other than camping gear?
