Awnings, tarps and gazebos sourced to your specification
Caravan and car awnings, camping tarps, pop-up gazebos, event shelters and windbreaks are not in our ready catalogue. We source them from partner factories to your specification: fabric, coating, frame, size, fixing and branding.
Send a drawing, a reference product or a list of requirements. You get a delivered price, the supplier’s minimum, the lead time and a list of the data the factory can document, before any money changes hands.
What we source
Caravan and motorhome awnings
Full and porch awnings, inflatable and pole-frame, with keder or rail fixing. The size is set by the rail length or the measured A-dimension of the vehicle.
Car, van and roof-rack awnings
Side awnings for vans and 4x4s, tailgate shelters and drive-away awnings for campervans, with bracket or strap fixing.
Tarps and flysheets
Square, rectangular and hex tarps in coated polyester or nylon, with reinforced tie-out points, for hikers, campsites and rental kits.
Pop-up gazebos
Folding gazebos from 2×2 m to 3×6 m with steel or aluminium frames, side walls and weight bags, plain or fully printed.
Event shelters and pavilions
Larger frame tents and pavilions for festivals, sport and trade events, where frame strength and anchoring matter more than weight.
Windbreaks and screens
Beach and pitch windbreaks, privacy screens and sun shades in polyester or cotton blends, with steel or wooden poles.
What to state in your request
| Parameter | What to specify | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric and weight | Polyester, nylon, Oxford, polycotton or PVC; yarn count in denier (e.g. 150D, 210D, 600D) and weight in g/m² | Denier alone does not describe a fabric; ask for both figures, because weight drives price, durability and carton volume |
| Coating | PU, silicone, PVC or PE; one or both sides; UV and flame-retardant finish if needed | The coating, not the base cloth, does most of the waterproofing; flame-retardant claims need evidence for your market |
| Hydrostatic head | Water column in mm for roof and walls separately, and the test method | A figure from a fabric swatch is not the same as a finished panel with seams |
| Seams | Taped or welded seams, stitch type, reinforcement at corners and guy points | Most leaks start at seams and stress points, not in the fabric |
| Frame | Steel, aluminium or fibreglass; tube diameter and wall thickness; inflatable beams with pressure stated | Frame material sets weight, wind behaviour and price; aluminium is lighter, steel is cheaper and stiffer per euro |
| Size and fixing | Footprint and height; for caravans the rail length or A-dimension; keder size, clamps, magnets or straps for cars | An awning that does not fit the vehicle cannot be sold; fixing systems differ between makes |
| Packing | Carry bag, inner box, carton size and gross weight; spare parts included | Bulky goods pay freight by volume, so pack size affects the delivered price |
| Branding | Printed roof or walls, woven labels, printed bag, own packaging and instructions | Full-print gazebos and custom packaging raise the minimum and add proof stages |
If you do not know a value, say so. We ask the factory for its standard and show you the options side by side.

Frequently asked questions
Why are awnings and gazebos not in your catalogue?
They depend on the vehicle, the frame and the use, so a single stock model rarely fits a buyer. We source them per project, and catalogue tents and shelters are on the tents page.
What minimum order should I expect?
It depends on the product and the branding. Plain gazebos and tarps in a standard colour can start lower; printed or custom-sized products usually start from about 300 pieces per model. We state the minimum in the offer.
What water column do I need?
There is no single right figure. Ask for roof and wall values separately and the test method, and compare options on the same basis. Seams and coating matter as much as the number.
Can you make an awning for a specific caravan model?
Yes, if you can give the rail length or A-dimension and the fixing type. We send the factory’s size chart for confirmation before production.
Are your gazebos suitable for events and campsites?
Commercial use needs a sturdier frame and proper anchoring. Tell us the intended use and any requirements from your insurer or venue, and we check what the factory can document. See also our pages for campsites and festivals.
Do you supply flame-retardant fabrics?
Factories offer flame-retardant finishes, but which standard applies depends on the country and the venue. We only state a fire rating when there is a test report for that fabric.
