Camping wholesale for Austria
Camping wholesale for Austrian sports shops, garden centres, online sellers and campsites around the lakes and in the Alps. We deliver from Poland, typically within 3–4 working days by road.
Labels can be the same German labels as for Germany, but packaging rules are not: Austria works with licensed collection systems such as ARA and has its own rules for foreign sellers.

Austria: the practical facts
| Topic | What applies |
|---|---|
| Delivery from Poland | Typically 3–4 working days by pallet; longer for Alpine valleys and Vorarlberg |
| Label and instructions | German; GPSR details such as the EU operator and batch or type number |
| VAT | Reverse charge with a valid Austrian VAT number (UID) registered in VIES |
| Packaging licensing | Household packaging is licensed with an approved collection and recovery system, such as ARA; a licence contract lets you meet the obligation and use the system’s symbol |
| Foreign sellers | Distance sellers without a seat in Austria that ship to consumers must appoint an authorised representative; for EU businesses that supply Austrian companies, a representative is optional |
| Marketplaces | Amazon.de (serves Austria), Kaufland.at, eBay.at |
A summary for planning, not legal advice. The treatment of commercial packaging is less clear-cut; we check what applies per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the same labels as for Germany?
Usually yes: German instructions and warnings work in both countries. The packaging symbols and registrations differ, so the packaging artwork may need small changes.
Do I need a licence with ARA?
Household packaging placed on the Austrian market has to be licensed with an approved collection system, and ARA is one of them. When you buy from us and sell in Austria, check your obligations; we provide weights by material.
Do you need an authorised representative in Austria to supply me?
No. The mandatory representative applies to foreign distance sellers shipping to consumers. We supply Austrian businesses.
Do you deliver to campsites in the mountains?
Yes. Some locations need a smaller vehicle or a set delivery window, so tell us the address when you ask for a quote.
Do you sell to Austrian consumers?
No. We supply businesses only.
Supplying Austrian shops or campsites?
