Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own LUCID registration if I buy from you?
In most cases, yes. Under the current rules the producer is usually the first company in the German supply chain, which is you when we deliver to your business. We provide packaging weights by material for your registration and dual system contract.
What changed on 12 August 2026?
The EU Packaging Regulation started to apply and Germany replaced the Packaging Act with the VerpackDG. LUCID and the dual systems remain, but the roles of manufacturer and producer are defined differently, so existing registrations may need updating.
Can you deliver to Amazon.de fulfilment centres?
Yes. We label cartons to Amazon’s requirements and book the delivery slot, or deliver to your own 3PL.
Will the instructions be in German?
Yes. Safety information and instructions are in German, and we can add other languages for listings in Austria or Switzerland.
How do you invoice German companies?
In EUR, without Polish VAT under the reverse charge, provided your VAT number is valid in VIES.
Do you sell to German consumers?
No. We supply businesses only: retailers, online sellers, campsites, rental companies and event organisers.
