Frequently asked questions
Do I need to register in the Registro de Productores de Producto?
If you place packaged products on the Spanish market as the producer, yes, in the packaging section under RD 1055/2022. When we deliver to your business in Spain, you are usually that producer. We provide packaging weights by material and type.
Does the register cover commercial packaging as well?
Yes. Household, commercial and industrial packaging are declared, and for commercial and industrial packaging the register asks for proof of membership of a scheme.
When should a Spanish campsite order?
The season starts early, often by Easter. For bell tents and furniture, order in the autumn so goods travel by sea or rail before road delivery from Poland.
Do you deliver to the Canary Islands?
Yes, by arrangement. The islands are outside the EU VAT area, so customs and local taxes apply, and we quote them separately.
Do you sell to Spanish consumers?
No. We supply businesses only.
