Camping wholesale for retailers across Europe

We ship camping equipment from our warehouse in Poland to retailers, online sellers and campsites across the EU and to Switzerland. Each country has its own label language, packaging registration and marketplace habits.

The pages below give the practical facts for each market: typical road delivery times from eastern Poland, what goes on the label, how VAT works on a B2B invoice and which packaging system applies. The rules change, so we confirm them on every order.

Packaging obligations under the EU Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40, in force since 12 August 2026, and national rules are still settling; we check what applies to your shipment.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge VAT to businesses outside Poland?

For EU businesses with a valid VAT number confirmed in VIES, we invoice without Polish VAT under the reverse charge, and you account for VAT in your country. Polish customers receive an invoice with Polish VAT.

Who registers the packaging in my country?

Under the EU Packaging Regulation, EPR duties usually fall on the first business in the country where the packaging becomes waste. When we deliver to your business, that is often you. We give you packaging weights by material for your registration and reports.

Can you put my country’s language on the label?

Yes. Safety information and instructions are printed in the languages you sell in, and we can put several languages on one label for multi-country listings.

Do you deliver to marketplace warehouses?

Yes, to Amazon fulfilment centres, Allegro One Fulfilment, bol and other 3PLs, labelled to their rules.

Do you ship to the UK and Norway?

Yes, with export documents from the EU. They have their own product and packaging rules, which we check per order.

How accurate are the delivery times?

They are typical road transit times after the goods are in our warehouse in Poland. Production and freight from the factory come before that, typically 8–12 weeks in total for a new order.
